Include boxes, bags, a desk, chair, mattress, bike and anything stored in shared areas. Photos help when you are unsure how much space the load needs.
Check access at both ends
Tell the driver about:
- floors and lifts
- halls reception rules
- loading bays or permits
- long walks from the van
- fixed collection times
Moving into storage
Use the storage site as the drop-off address and include the unit or access instructions in the booking notes.
Share the cost separately
One customer books and pays Boxra in the app. Flatmates can settle their share separately. The driver must never ask for cash.
