Your price covers the job described before payment.

That sounds simple, but it only stays simple when the route, items, access and timing are entered accurately.

The booked scope includes

• one assigned driver and the required van
• the listed pickup and drop-off
• the listed items and quantities
• the access details entered at both addresses
• loading, driving and unloading within that scope
• the booked date and time window
• in-app job updates and support

For a junk run, the scope also includes the load and special disposal items selected before payment.

Example: what the price covers

Imagine a booking for one dismantled bed frame, one mattress and six boxes from a first-floor flat to a ground-floor address.

The customer has listed both items, the boxes, the stairs and the route. The driver arrives for that exact job.

Loading those listed items, driving the booked route and unloading them at the booked address are inside the scope.

What is not automatically included

The following are different jobs or extra scope when they were not booked:

• an additional stop
• extra furniture or bags
• an item that needs dismantling when it was listed as ready
• a different pickup or drop-off
• a much longer carry than the access details showed
• extra waste or special disposal items
• waiting caused by a seller, store or property not being ready

The answer is not a cash discussion with the driver.

How a Change Order works

When the scope changes, the driver requests a Change Order in the app.

The request should show what changed and the extra amount. You can approve or decline it.

When you approve it, the updated scope and payment stay recorded in the booking.

When you decline it, the original booked scope remains unless Boxra Support intervenes.

The driver cannot reprice the booking

The customer price is set by Boxra. The driver cannot replace it with a new figure, free-text extra or bank-transfer request.

Report any request for cash or off-app payment through Boxra Support.

What you should check before paying

1. Every large item is listed.
2. Box and bag quantities are realistic.
3. Floors and lifts are correct.
4. Parking and carry distance are included.
5. The route has every required stop.
6. The timing matches the seller, store or building.
7. Special waste items are selected.

Tipping

Tipping is optional. It is not part of the booked price and should never be demanded.

Keep payment in the app so the job, price and any approved changes remain clear.
