Your booking price covers the job details shown before payment, including:
- the assigned driver and van
- the listed pickup and drop-off
- the listed items
- the access details you entered
- loading, driving and unloading within the booked scope
- in-app tracking and support
When the job is different
A driver cannot add a free-text charge or change your price.
When the scope changes, the driver must request a Change Order in the app. You can approve or decline it. If you decline it, the original booked scope remains unless Boxra Support intervenes.
Tipping
Tipping is optional and stays in the app. A driver must never ask for cash or a bank transfer.
